The Lord-Lieutenant was present at the County Proclamation read at Chester Town on 11 September by The High Sheriff of Cheshire , Mrs Jeannie France-Hayhurst.
The Lieutenancy was formally represented at the Proclamations held at Sandbach, Runcorn, Warrington, Widnes, Northwich, Neston, Macclesfield, Winsford and Lymm.
