At a Ceremony held at Chester Town Hall, the Lord-Lieutenant on behalf of HM The King has presented the BEM to the following recipients named in the New Year 2024 Honours List – Rev Canon Diane Cookson of Northwich and Kenneth Salter of Ellesmere Port.
