On 28 November the Lord-Lieutenant received HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh when, as Patron, she visited David Lewis at Warford, Alderley Edge on the occasion of their 120th Anniversary. Her Royal Highness subsequently met representatives of Macclesfield voluntary organisations at an event organised by Cheshire Community Foundation.
