Investiture Ceremony

At an Investiture Ceremony at Tatton Hall, Knutsford on Thursday 25 April the Lord-Lieutenant presented British Empire Medals to the following recipients:
Mr Ian Anstice of Frodsham – for Services to the Public Library Sector
Mrs Susan Barratt of Wilmslow – for Services to Education
Mr Reginald Dunning of Sandbach – for services to Education and the Community in Sandbach
Mr Paul Andrew Kerr of Tattenhall – for Services to to Mountain Rescue and to the Community in Cheshire
Mrs Karin Elizabeth Snape of Warrington – for Services to Scouting
Mr Alan Richard Williams of Lymm – for Services to the Community in Lymm
Mrs Christine Mary Mackay Williams of High Legh – for Services to Save the Children
At the same Ceremony, the Lord-Lieutenant also presented The Queen’s Commendation for Bravery to Joe Rowlands of Nantwich – for Rescuing his Father from Drowning.
