Mark Mitchell DL has been Sworn-In as High Sheriff of Cheshire 2019/20 at a Ceremony held at Chester Cathedral.

It is with great sadness that we report the death on 18 April of Mr Norman Banner MBE DL of Warrington. Mr Banner was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant in 2009.
